Primary Skill
sOur Ideal CandidateHe/She/They OR, The incumbent will have 18-23 years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
• Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that positions the practice as a thought leader in its field by creating and distributing thought leadership pieces (point of views, videos, blogs, etc.) internally and externally
• Spot risks to offers and develop relevant responding plans that can involve updates, changes or streamlining
• Capture and share knowledge on the offers, including the creation and dissemination of best practices, the development of knowledge transfer activities and the management of knowledge assets to support especially the Solutioning and Go-To-Market teams in taking the offers to clients
• Build the capabilities of the Offer team (across the practice) through talent management, L&D and upskilling talent
• Conduct partner benchmark, selection and management (in coordination with the BSv CTIO)Key KPI’s
• Analyst/advisor ratings and recognitions
• Thought leadership content (internal and external)
• Roadshows and offer introduction meetings.
• Repository management
• Partner management and business developmentSecondary SkillsDeep understanding of the Group and BSv portfolioInnovative thinker, infusing innovation into existing offers and initiating state of the art new offeringsStrong capability, but also industry expertiseStrong relationship building to collaborate with stakeholders from across the Group (other GBLs, Group Portfolio, etc.)
